Welcome to Blogging!

The is the official first entry to our new blog! Hoping that by creating this page, it will keep you in the loop on what is happening in our world as well as allow you to share with us what is happening in yours.
Mark, Bailey and I had a great Christmas and New Years. We traveled to Park Falls prior to Christmas to share time with Mom and Dad T, Kathy, Grant, Steph, Jeremy, Chris, Kim and Sadie. We enjoyed the time in Park Falls and were glad to see that Mom T is recovering well at home. We shared Christmas Eve with Mom and Dad E and enjoyed Christmas Day with Mom and Dad E, Maggie, Grandpa and Grandma Evanson as well as with Uncle Duane and Aunt Ann. We were able to enjoy watching old movies from the Evanson's, which meant seeing baby pictures of Mark -- talk about adorable!
We did a mini-vacation for New Year's to Green Bay. Grandpa and Grandma E took Bailey for us so we could take the trip and we headed to Green Bay to see our very first Packer game (Packers vs. Detroit). I must say, seeing the game on TV is nothing like experiencing it first hand. There are truly some die hard Packer fans out there! It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience and we were able to see a great game. The Pack beat the Lions! We also were able to take in one of our favorite restaurants -- Red Lobster, which also made the trip very much worthwhile!!! YUM! We headed back to Wausau on New Year's eve. Bailey enjoyed her time (and the multiple walks with Grandpa E and Maggie) so much that she didn't want to come home with us! Thanks Grandpa and Grandma E for taking such great care of Bailey!!!!
In October, we met with a fantastic specialist in Green Bay and have started the journey of fertility treatments. With that, we have much hope in our hearts that our "miracle" will happen. After losing 3 miracles already, we are hoping that the treatment plan that our new doctor has in place for us, will give us the best possible chance at a healthy, full term, pregnancy. Please pray for us.
Now that we are into the middle of January, we are settled back into the routine and are glad that the hustle and bustle of the holidays are over. We look forward to a great 2008 filled with much joy and happiness.
